Sferrazza Method is a Berlin-based men's wardrobe consultancy led by Federico Sferrazza. Its flagship service, The Wardrobe Reset, is a one-time, three-session process for men whose existing clothes no longer work for their current life.
My career was spent helping companies present themselves clearly: defining what they need to communicate, removing what contradicts it, and keeping only what does the work. I focus on men because that problem shows up most sharply here. Men are handed very little vocabulary for dressing deliberately, and they're sold a lot of noise about it. The result is wardrobes that grew by accident: a jacket bought for one wedding, three identical navy shirts, a drawer of things that almost work. The fix is almost never more clothes. It's a clearer system and a smaller set of the right ones.
I don't style people forever. The point is that you stop needing me. You leave with a framework you can apply for years: a wardrobe that's been audited, a direction that matches your actual life, and a short list of what to buy and what to stop buying. - Trends are someone else's calendar. A system is yours, and it's the only thing that still works when you're tired, busy, or getting dressed in the dark.
- Fit over labels
- A well-fitted, unbranded garment beats a poorly fitted designer one. Fit is the single thing that makes a man look like he meant it, and almost nobody is taught to judge it.
- Identity over costume
- The goal is not to look like a different man. It's to look like the sharpest, most coherent version of the one you already are. Clothes should signal who you've become, not who you're pretending to be.

Why this exists
The problem I kept seeing was the same one in nearly every wardrobe I opened: a capable, deliberate man with a closet full of clothes and nothing to wear. Not because he lacked taste, but because nothing was built into a system. There was no audit, no direction, no record of what actually worked. So he kept buying, kept guessing, and kept arriving at the same morning decision fatigue.
A one-time reset makes sense because the underlying issue isn't ongoing. Once a wardrobe has been audited, the contradictions removed, and a small set of the right pieces put in place, the daily question answers itself. You don't need a stylist on retainer. You need one honest, complete pass, done well. That's the whole job of The Wardrobe Reset.
Working as a wardrobe consultant in Berlin
I work in person across Berlin: Mitte, Prenzlauer Berg, Kreuzberg, Neukölln, Friedrichshain, Charlottenburg and Schöneberg. A men's wardrobe reset in Berlin starts in your own home, because the audit only means something when it's done on the clothes you actually own. From there we move into the city itself: specific tailors, shoe repair, shops and secondhand rooms I've used and can vouch for.
Berlin is a particular place to dress. There is almost no formal dress code, the winters are long and grey, and overdressing reads as loudly here as underdressing. That's why the answer is rarely a suit. It's a small, deliberate set of pieces that hold up across a Monday meeting, a Friday dinner and the cold walk in between. Sessions run in English or Italian. If you're outside the city, the same three sessions run online.
