Who is responsible

Sferrazza Method is run by Federico Sferrazza, Berlin, Germany. For anything relating to your data, write to federico@sferrazzamethod.com.

Photos and email you send for a free style check

If you use the free style check form, you send me your email address, optionally your name, optionally a short note, and one or two photos of yourself or your clothes.

• Purpose: only to look at what you sent and reply to you personally by email with feedback. I read and review every submission myself. No automated or AI assessment is produced from your photos.
• Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the consent box before you submit (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). Photos of you can reveal personal characteristics, so I treat them as sensitive and ask for explicit consent.
• Storage: photos are held in a private storage area that is not publicly accessible and not indexed. Only I can open them.
• Sharing: your photos and note are never published, never shown on social media, never used in marketing, and never sold or shared with third parties beyond the hosting and email providers listed below.
• Retention: photos and submissions are deleted within 90 days of my reply, or sooner if you ask. Ask at any time and I will delete everything you sent.

Applications for The Wardrobe Reset

The application form collects your name, email address, and what you write in the note field, so I can reply and assess fit. Legal basis is your request to enter into a service relationship (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). Applications are kept while the enquiry is live and for up to 24 months afterwards, then deleted.

Analytics and cookies

Analytics cookies are switched off until you accept them in the cookie banner. If you accept, Google Analytics via Google Tag Manager records anonymised usage such as pages viewed and referring source. You can decline without losing any functionality.

Processors

This site runs on Lovable hosting, with database and file storage provided by Supabase. Email is sent and received through my email provider. Each acts only on my instructions under a data processing agreement.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy in portable form, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent does not affect a reply already sent. One email to federico@sferrazzamethod.com is enough. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Children

This service is for adults. Please do not send photos if you are under 18.
