Who is The Wardrobe Reset for?

Ambitious men who want to dress well without thinking about it every morning: senior ICs, managers, founders, creatives, and men re-entering dating or public life. It is for people who want a system, not a stylist on retainer. If you want someone to dress you forever, or you are chasing trends each season, this is not the right fit.

Who is it not for?

It is not for trend chasers, ultra-budget shoppers, or anyone who wants a personal shopper on call every month. The Reset is a one-time intervention that gives you a framework you can run yourself. If you are not willing to let go of clothes that no longer fit your life, the process will frustrate you.

What happens in each session?

Session 1 is a full wardrobe audit: we review what you own and decide what to keep, alter, replace, or remove. Session 2 is the guided edit and shopping list: a direction, a palette, and a prioritized buy list. Session 3 is outfit combinations and your personal uniform: how the pieces work together so the morning decision disappears.

How should I prepare?

Have your full wardrobe accessible for the audit, not just the pieces you like. Take photos of the whole closet if we meet online. Bring three or four outfits you actually wear, and be honest about what you avoid. No need to tidy or to buy anything beforehand. The point is to see what is really there.

How long until I see results?

Most clients see the shift after session 2, once the direction and buy list are set. By the end of session 3 you have a working uniform and a wardrobe that combines. The full benefit lands as you fill the gaps on the list, usually within two to four weeks of the final session.

What if I hate shopping?

That is the most common reason people book. The Reset removes the shopping decision from your life. You get a specific list with brands, links, and alternatives, so you buy once and stop. Most of the work is deciding what not to buy. If you want, I can handle the shopping day with you or for you as an add-on.

What if I have a strict work uniform?

We work around it, not against it. If your workplace requires a specific dress code, the audit covers what you wear inside that constraint, and the personal uniform is built to fit it. The Reset is about making the allowed range look intentional and fit well, not about breaking rules you need to follow.

Online or in person: which is better?

Both work. In person in Berlin, we stand in your closet together and handle the clothes directly. Online works well with clear photos and a video call; you take the photos and I guide the edit. The deliverables are the same. Choose based on where you live and how you like to work.

What happens to the clothes I remove?

Nothing is thrown out without your say. Removed pieces go to one of three places: a tailor if a small fix would save them, a donation or resale if they are good but wrong for you, or storage if you are unsure. The decision is yours. I point you at Berlin donation and resale options so the pieces do not pile up.

How much does The Wardrobe Reset cost?

The standard price is €1,700. During the current beta period, 5 clients can join at €575. The beta period ends when the 5 places are filled or the beta period closes, after which the standard price of €1,700 applies. The price covers the full three-session engagement and all deliverables. Clothing purchases are separate.

Why is the current price €575?

€575 is a temporary beta price for the first 5 clients. I want to work closely with early participants, refine the process, and gather honest feedback while the programme is still being shaped. In exchange, those five clients pay less than the standard price. After the beta period the standard price is €1,700.

Will the price remain €575?

No. €575 is neither the standard nor a permanent price. It applies only to 5 beta clients during the limited beta period. Once those places are filled or the beta period closes, The Wardrobe Reset returns to its standard price of €1,700. There is no indefinite discount.

What happens if the 5 beta places are filled?

New clients are offered The Wardrobe Reset at the standard price of €1,700, subject to availability. The programme, the sessions and the deliverables stay the same. If you are unsure, book a 20-minute fit call and I will tell you honestly whether a place is still open.

How does payment work?

A €100 deposit secures your dates once we agree the fit on a 20-minute call. The balance is due before the first session. Bank transfer or card. An invoice with payment details is sent after the fit call. The Wardrobe Reset is normally €1,700; for a limited beta period, 5 clients can join at €575.

Is VAT included?

Yes. Prices shown include German VAT for private clients in Germany. Business clients inside the EU can request a VAT invoice. If you are outside the EU, we confirm the total on the fit call.

What is the cancellation policy?

Reschedule any session with at least 48 hours notice at no cost. The deposit is fully refundable up to the first session. If you stop before the second session, you pay for the work done and the rest is refunded. After the second session the engagement is considered complete.

Do you work with clients outside Berlin?

Yes. Online sessions run anywhere. In-person sessions outside Berlin are possible if travel is agreed and billed at cost. Most clients outside Germany choose the online format, which delivers the same audit, list, and uniform.

What languages do you work in?

Sessions are available in English and Italian. Written deliverables are in English unless you ask for Italian. If you need another language, mention it on the fit call and we will confirm what is possible.
